Thank you for taking the time to visit my website!
Please allow me to tell you a little about myself.

In my professional life, I am a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Realty One located along the beautiful and rugged coast of York, Maine. This is also where I reside with my family. Our children were raised and schooled in this area and love it as much as my Husband and I do. My real estate career began as an Appraiser in the early 1990s and later evolved into Residential Sales which is where my passion lies. The clients I have had the pleasure of working with have all contributed to my success and all had different wants and needs. I pride myself on developing a tailored individualized plan for each; there is no “one size fits all” approach in my toolbox.

Whether you are looking to sell your starter home and scale up; downsize in anticipation of retirement; buy a sizable seaside retreat or a small seasonal summer cottage; begin or expand an investment portfolio, I will work with you individually to make sure your transaction is smooth, professional, and profitable. Being licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire affords me superior marketing reach for those looking to sell and expanded search capabilities for those looking to buy who have not already settled on a specific location. While I am licensed in both states, I limit my areas to York County, Maine and Rockingham and Strafford Counties in New Hampshire. On occasion, for truly special properties, I will travel beyond these areas.

The clients served by me have come to expect a superior level of trustworthiness, confidentiality and professionalism that I am pleased to provide. Furthermore, over the years my network has grown to include some of the most respected professionals in the financial, banking, building, and service industries in the area. I am always happy to share my resources with my clients.

Living in this area is truly a pleasure; the New England seasons are ever changing and my off time is often spent outdoors gardening or at the beach in the Spring and Summer or skiing (or some version thereof) in the Winter. Fall is spectacular in Northern New England and should never be missed!

As always, I am available to answer any questions you may have and happy to give free advice! Please contact me directly at 207-451-3016 or email me at
